Leadership by DesignWhat does it take to be a leader in today’s society? “Leadership by Design” addresses that question by helping students (10th - 12th grade) define what is important to them, applying past lessons in leadership to their lives and developing their own leadership style. Students explore this topic by analyzing examples of historical leadership, business leadership and sports leadership. At FRHS, students will engage these lessons through Project-Based Learning that empowers them to identify social issues and to improve those issues through design thinking, video production, writing, and social media work. Students will work to plan and put on an assembly at the end of the school year.
